Antistatic fabrics for cleanroom coveralls, ESD coats, smocks, and other protective clothing used in ISO 5-8 cleanrooms. Available options include grid, stripe, TC, CVC, and diamond fabrics.
Fabric complies with EN 1149 and ANSI/ESD STM 2.1 standards.
Made from continuous filament fibers, the fabric has low lint generation. The high-density weave helps block particles and contaminants from entering the cleanroom, supporting a cleaner, more controlled environment.
The quality of conductive carbon fibers plays an important role in the static-control performance of ESD garments. Our ESD fabrics have a surface resistance range of 10⁵–10⁹ Ω and are designed to maintain antistatic performance after at least 50 industrial washes.
