Constructed from 80% polyester / 20% nylon microfiber in a double-knitted rib structure, this cleanroom roll wiper combines low elasticity, good tensile strength, and dimensional stability for reliable automated cleaning. Its slightly conformable knitted structure follows the surface being cleaned, helping efficiently remove micro-dust and foreign particles while minimizing the risk of scratching sensitive surfaces. Available in 165, 180, and 200 gsm, it is designed for Roll-to-Roll cleaning and other automated contact cleaning processes.
